What is Amerikids^®

Featured Product: "Pony Express Rider"

The player interacts as a Pony Rider, and is given a map of the route that the Pony Express took to deliver the mail during the first year of the Civil War in 1861. The player meets up with wagon trains and stage coaches, outlaws, spys and Indians. The player must rely on his or her ingenuity to deliver the mail, while protecting supplies and people’s safety. Each player will have to arrive at a Pony Express Station on time, deliver Federal documents and letters, preserve the Union and not allow California to join the nefarious Knights of the Golden Circle.

We learn how the movement West was affected by the Civil War. We learn how important the Pony Express was to settling the Old West. The player aids in unifying the country through rapid transcontinental communication.

Currently in Development: "Sacagawea: Bird Woman"

Sacagawea " Bird Woman " dramatizes the adventures of the heroic Shoshone squaw, Sacagawea, who is half woman and half bird. At the birth of her child, Sacagawea discovers her spirit’s supernatural shape shifting powers as Birdwoman; part woman and part hawk. She is the natural guide for the risky Lewis and Clark Expedition, traveling across the newly acquired Louisiana Territories, the Rocky Mountains, and onto the Pacific Ocean.

This is a King Solomon story of a young mother and a spiritually awakened Native American who has to make monumental choices between the Indian world and William Clark’s love. None of these choices are easy and the final one has climactic consequences.

Given that the 200 year anniversary of the Expedition is soon approaching, it will be a grand celebration to tell Sacagawea’s untold story.

This is the heartfelt version of the Lewis and Clark Journey. You will be moved by this poignant tale of a young country and a young woman’s Voyage of Discovery.
